Made a long stay feel like home
Positive: Location was fantastic, everything needed was close by and the view of the Remarkables made getting up each morning easier. The studio was clean and had everything and more that I needed for my long stay. Host was fast at responding to questions and helpful with suggestions in Queenstown
Negative: The king bed is just two twins together so theres a bump in the middle

Positive: Loved this place! The photos do not show how incredible the view is, it's absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, right by the bus stops (5/10mins to the town centre) or a lovely scenic walk to Queenstown or Frankton next to the lake. The bed is very comfy, we both slept very well here. Would definitely stay again.
Negative: Walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbours, this didn't bother us too much but could have been frustrating with louder neighbours.

Positive: Neat little place, private stunning views. Parking spot defs a privelege. Would use again if I return to Queenstown

A fabulous accommodation you will want to come back to...
Positive: My stay at Frankton Breeze 2 - Studio Unit was exceptional and definitely exceeded my expectations. The property's description and photos on Booking.com exactly match what I encountered when I entered this cozy, charmful and beautiful apartment. The property is located in a 30-minute walking distance from Queenstown CBD (about 2,5 km) and in a 4 km distance from the Airport in Frankton (about 10 min by bus during a traffic jam in the morning). Most importantly there is a bus stop (Hensman Road/Oakshores/The Rees Hotel) in a 2-minute walking distance (about 100 m) from Franton Breeze what is very, very convenient for the guests who would like to get on the skibus to The Remarkables, Cardrona or Treble Cone in skiboots on their feet. I did really appreciate a very short distance between my accommodation and the bus stop. Even though there was an extremely busy (morning, afternoon, evening) Frankton Road about 30 m from my accommodation, I did not hear any excessive noise. Frankton Breeze is in an excellent state, very well-maintained, both the bedroom as well as the bathroom are very clean, the kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, kettle, a set of cutlery, plates and glasses. Since I arrived in Queenstown for a ski holiday and not for cooking, I used only the microwave oven from time to time, no stove was not a problem for me at all, moreover Frankton Breeze is made mainly of wood, so it is good that there is no stove - for safety reasons. There is a terrace with a table and two chairs outside, and it features a breathtaking view onto Lake Wakatipu. Hot water is available all the time, there is also a very efficient heater (blower) in the bathroom. Temperature in the bedroom can be regulated using the air conditioning - hot air blowing device very efficiently. The studio's decor is very aesthetic and furnished with taste. Free of charge WiFi worked ideally during my entire stay.
Negative: There was absolutely nothing I disliked about Frankton Breeze 2 - Studio Unit. It was like a love at first sight! Everything was as it should have been.
It was a truly excellent accommodation choice for a quite long-term stay in Queenstown. On the basis of my fabulous experience I recommend the property to both single travellers as well as couples. Due to the location in a quiet residential area I did rest there very, very well and I have great memories regarding my stay at Frankton Breeze. No one disrupted my stay there. What is very important the property's host (manager) is very communicative, happy to assist you with all enquiries you might have, supplies guests with all relevant information and is simply very reliable - from the moment you reserve the accommodation before your holiday until the moment you deposit the apartment key in the keybox next to the balcony door. I would like to come back there one day and have such a unforgettable holiday again!!!
It was the first time in my life I tried the apartment/holiday home type accommodation, therefore without even breakfast provided, but preparing a light breakfast, enjoying surprisingly delicious meals available at self-service restaurants at Coronet Peak, the Remarkables, Cardrona and Treble Cone (lunch), and exploring restaurants and bars in Queenstown (dinner) I was never hungry - it rarely happens!
