The Alpine Nest was a comfortable place as a base to explore the Queenstown region. The staff were very helpful and responsive when we needed more equipment for the unit. During our stay the unit didn’t have a washing machine but the staff say one is on order.

We had a great experience! Wonderful property! Positive: Really nice location on the way to Arrowtown. Several ways to get there from the airport. Both are roughly the same distance and both have their unique picturesque views. The direct drive into old Queenstown is through the gorge. Very quick access to Ferg Burger and the Skyline Gondola. The flat is very lovely. It's a nice condo complex. Easy combination access. Right off the road. Assigned parking spot. Very clean, nice layout and furnishings. Full kitchen. We had a minor surprise but they were very nice and made an accomodation for us. You do have to haul luggage upstairs but that's been true almost everywhere we've booked except hotels. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The other bedroom has a bathroom outside the door in the hallway. We had two couples sharing the flat. The layout allowed us to give each other good privacy. One turn out of the parking lot leads to Old Queenstown or the Airport. The other turn takes you to Arrowtown. Very convenient! Not far from the main shopping mall as well. Negative: Nothing really. We were fully booked each day and just slept and showered and then headed out on our adventures. Very easy in and out. Yes, it would have been nice if there were two masseuse masage chairs in each room and a live in french chef. But that would have made it too pricey. As it is, it was just right!
