Good spot to stay, nicely decorated all amenities you'd need for a stay. Positive: Location was great, nice views of the lake & enjoyable balcony to sit with a cool drink. Bed very comfy, well stocked with utensils etc in kitchen & good appliances. Easy walk to Frankton Marina & waterfront. Good having clothes horse to air off towels etc. Negative: Larger, & better-quality toilet rolls. And more of them. Lucky I was a solo traveller as the supply would not have lasted for a couple to stay.

Modern convenience paired with a exceptional views of both the water and the mountains! Positive: This property offers exceptional views of both the water and the mountains. The balcony was easily my favorite spot. The room was incredibly quiet. I couldn't hear any neighbors or road noise, which made for a very relaxing stay. The check-in process was seamless. I received the door code in advance after a quick ID verification in the app. Once inside, the Wi-Fi was fast and there were plenty of charging ports for all my devices. A fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge made it easy to feel at home. The shower also had exceptional water pressure, which is always a plus! The bed was very comfortable and the overall space felt well-maintained. A perfect choice if you want modern convenience paired with a spectacular natural backdrop. Negative: It’s not within walking distance to downtown Queenstown or most restaurants, but it is a very quick and easy drive. Since you are near the water, some bugs do come out once the sun goes down, just something to keep in mind if you have the doors open!

Excellent location and great facilities Positive: Great location to walk along the lake to bars and restaurants. Very clean. Good facilities and parking. Negative: It was very difficult to find in the dark as the name at the entrance was different from Lakeview.
