Positive: It is new, beautiful and location is wonderful. Everything in Queenstown is pricey so this is good value for money. We had some issues on the heating, but the late night call center did everything they could to see to it that we were comfortable.
Negative: The had some earthquakes & the downstairs wasn't heating. We didn't get in until late and did not discover there had been some minor cracks in the floor around the door. Early the next day they came over & got a fix until they could do a permanent repair. Not that many places would be as responsive as they were.
